置身於這一波全球化熱潮中,銀行面臨前所未有的激烈競爭環境,如何提昇本身的經營體質,確保競爭優勢,已成當務之急。作業自動化系統具有提高效率及降低成本的功能,自然成為各家銀行解決方案之首選。 銀行徵信及授信作業系統從最初的案件申請一直到最後的回收或打消呆帳,週期非常之長,必須要有良好的控管,但舊有系統作業流程分散於各個不同之系統,整合情形不佳,影響效率。服務導向架構是市場上近期最熱門的資訊系統應用架構理論,具有多種優勢與應用價值。本研究以企業系統規劃方法,推導出以服務導向架構之銀行徵信及授信作業系統架構。整合徵信及授信作業過程中,每一個業務處理使之成為有用的系統服務,以滿足使用者在徵信及授信作業流程中利用單一操作平台即可滿足其所有業務需求。 本研究的結論除提出服務導向之系統架構外,於研究成果中亦包含提出銀行企業金融徵信及授信作業之組織及流程範型,以供金融界之參考。
Living in the storm of globalization, banking is facing with an extremely competitive business environment. The most important thing to do is to improve the constitution of management and insure the competitive strength. Having the characteristics of high efficiency and cost saving, an automatic operation system has became the best choice for banks while seeking solutions. In a bank credit system, it is a very long and complicated lifecycle from a loan application to retrieve or write-off, therefore a comprehensive and well considered control procedures are demanded. But, all the old (current) systems’ operation procedures are separated in different systems lacking of integration and agility. With benefits and flexibilities, the service-oriented architectures (SOA) are hot right now in the fields of information system application architecture theories. This study conducted a service-oriented architecture bank credit system by using the business system planning methodology. In the integration processes of loan application and approvement, every business processes are essential components in the accomplishment of a valuable system. And the adoption of a single platform can achieve business agility and requirements in all aspects of business. In summary, the accomplishment of this study can be referenced by financial industry, because it not only raises the SOA system framework, but provides the patterns of organization and business flow of corporate banking as well.
