本研究是以經過不同過濾程序,再經過20KHz、40KHz定頻線圈磁化後的水樣本作物理化學性質系列探討。實驗程序是根據美國食品藥物管理局(Food and Drug Administration;FDA)的標準並配合ICH ( International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use)安定性試驗之規範(Stability Guidelines)執行。 實驗分為兩個部份,第一部分研究固定流量及定頻下之水分子團的性質(如:酸鹼度( pH )值、電導度( EC )值、總固體溶解量( TDS )值、氧化還原電位( ORP )值及溶氧度( DO )值)變化,並觀察在提供不同外在能量時,水分子團是否產生物理化學性質上的差異?另外觀察水樣本儲存於不同材質容器下之安定性差異。
In this study, the water samples are treated with designed filtering process and followed by passing through magnetic fields, ex: 20KHz and 40KHz generated by induction coil. The experiment procedures followed FDA(Food and Drug Administration)and ICH ( International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use)guidelines for stability tests. Research is divided in two parts: Firstly, investigating the impacts on electrical conductivity ( EC ) , pH value , total dissolved solid ( TDS ) , oxidation-reduction potential ( ORP ) and dissolved oxygen concentration ( DO ) under fixed flow rate and frequency; Secondly, by measuring the previous mentioned properties, we conduct the stability tests upon the water samples preserved in containers which are made of different materials. In order to obtain the shelf life of the magnetic water samples.
