特用蛋白質暨磁化水對皮膚改善效果之研究

摘要


本研究以本實驗室研發之特用蛋白質結合,磁化水及美容產品成份做皮膚緊實度、回覆能力、彈性、疲乏效應及皮膚含水量之改善效果評估。共分44組26種配方、進行精華液及眼膜試驗,並依GCP規範作敏感性測試,以及生活因子總體評估。 結果顯示本實驗室之特用蛋白質,以0.5%之濃度添加對皮膚改善效果最佳,眼膜實驗證明以遠紅外線布料之眼膜,相對於非遠紅外線布料之眼膜並無較佳效果,配方中磁化水添加之比較,發現確實優於未添加磁化水之配方組別。

In this work, the effects of specific protein, magnetized water, and IR absorption membrane on the skin-care indices, including elasticity, elastic recovery, aging, and moisture content, were thoroughly investigated. We have applied 26 formulas onto 44 tested bodies to obtain some statistically important results. The experimental results reveal that the specific protein applied in concentration of 0.5 wt% can present the optimal effect. The IR absorption membrane, however, shows insignificant improvement on the skin-care indices. Finally, the magnetized water indeed performs better than the regular water for the skin-care evaluation
