本實驗利用生物可分解的聚乳酸(PLA)與聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)的不同比例摻混為材料,分別添加熱塑性彈性體 聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯-聚丁烯-聚苯乙烯(SEBS)與 聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯-聚丁烯-聚苯乙烯 接枝馬來酸酐(SEBS-g-MA),比較兩種增韌劑對材料的熱性質、相容性、結晶性及機械性質之影響。熱重損失分析儀(TGA)觀察添加了增韌劑對熱性質的變化。微分掃瞄熱卡計(DSC)觀察玻璃轉移溫度的變化及相容性。X光繞射儀(XRD)觀察融熔結晶的整體結晶性變化。萬能試驗機觀察對應力與應變的機械性質變化。
In this study, blends of biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) and polyethylene terephthalate (PTT) were prepared of different mixing ratio. The blends were added Poly(styrene – ethylene – butylene – styrene) (SEBS) or maleic anhydride-grafted Poly(styrene – ethylene – butylene – styrene) (SEBS-g-MA). The effects of the two toughening compatilizers on thermal properties of blends were compared, compatibility, crystallization, mechanical properties. Thermal gravimetric (TGA) was used to observed changes in the thermal properties. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to examine glass transition temperature and miscibility. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to obtain the percent of crystallinity on melting crystallization. The universal testing machine was used to obtain mechanical properties.
