可調式桌子可依據使用者身高、體型,調整位置,以增加舒適度與提高工作效率。本文之主要目的在於探討現有之可調式桌子之相關技術,尤其是調整機構之創新與應用方面,並設計一張可調式桌子之調整機構。本研究根據所蒐集之國內外文獻、專利及產品型錄等資料,依書桌之桌面數、升降調整及傾斜調整機構等詳加分析介紹與比較各機構之特性,同時本研究是透過品質機能展開法來了解顧客與其對於可調式桌子的需求之間的關係,並藉由人體工學的一些規範及人體計測的一些資料來制定可調式桌子的尺寸及調整的範圍。由於可調式桌子調整部位所使用機構種類繁多,因此使用層級分析法來選出最佳的調整機構,並藉著電腦輔助設計軟體,建立各部位零件之模型及機構零件部位的應力分析。本研究所設計之可調式桌子可依使用者身高不同或工作性質不同而做調整,桌面高度可以調整的範圍為460∼780mm、且桌面可水平或向下調整至45°。
In order to improve the working efficiency, the working tables are designed with adjustable mechanisms which allow the user to adjust the height and tilt angle of table top according to their personal requirement. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and develop the mechanisms for adjustable tables. A literature review is completed and the collected literatures especially the patents are analyzed and classified according to their particular functions. In this study, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique is used to develop the customer requirements and engineering design specifications for adjustable tables. And the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is also used to evaluate the different types of adjustable mechanisms. In addition, stress analysis of the parts is also performed to ensure the safety of the design. Finally, the adjustable table is designed with air cylinder for height adjustment and screw mechanisms for angle adjustment. The adjustable table designed is allowed to adjust the table top from 460 mm to 780 mm and the adjustable tilt range is from horizontal down to 45 degrees.
