摘要


摘要液晶顯示器近年來更加蓬勃發展,從小型攜帶式顯示器到大型顯示器(LCD TV)等,以目前液晶顯示器的趨勢為薄型化、輕量化、低耗電量,其中各個零組件的製作皆廣泛地使用高分子,對於開發高性能關鍵材料是必然的趨勢。 本篇論文主要是對液晶顯示器背光模組中的光學膜片,採用有機/無機混層技術,組成配方的調整,探討開發高附加價值的光電機能性薄膜,提昇其耐磨性,黏著力,高硬度,耐化性,耐候性,高透明性等特性。

The liquid crystal display grows vigorously further in recent years, from inch-size portable devices to the large (LCD TV) of hundred inches. Thinner, lighter, and low power consumption are still the driver s for technology development.Among them the making of each procedure all widely uses the macromolecule, it is an major trend for developing the key material of high performance. The major concern of this thesis is on the optical efficiency improvement for films applied in back-light module, adopt organic/inorganic hybrid technology, make up the adjustment of formulations, probe into the photoelectric function film which develops high additional value, affords film with abrasion resistance,adhesion, high hardness, high brightness enhancement,chemical resistance,excellent weathering resistance characteristics ,etc..
