How to using and conserving the household electricity effectively becomes a very worth issue due to the effects of global warming and climate change in the past few decades. If each of devices in household operated and managed properly, the electrical energy, the limited resource of the earth, can be effectively saved. Since the price of oil goes higher and higher, the price of electricity follows the trend undoubtedly. Therefore, managing well in electricity in case to reduce electricity costs and economic pressures becomes an urgent need of residential users. This paper focuses on intelligent households with solar power generation systems and storage batteries. We designed a system which scheduling the time of the controllable appliances here based on linear programming approach and real-time household electricity. The proposed method can meet the demand in controllable appliances for household. It also enables the lowest household electricity costs, achieves efficient allocation and planning of energy, and meet the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction.
