根據本研究所收集市售之摺疊輪椅型錄顯示,輪椅依驅動方式不同,可粗略分為看護型輪椅、自推型輪椅、電動型輪椅三種。本研究以看護型輪椅為主,並廣泛收集看護型摺疊式輪椅之各種相關文獻,包括:論文及專利公報並加以整理及分類與分析,然後依據年代、創作人國籍、收摺機構類型與收摺方向分類來探討摺疊式輪椅,並以最簡單的四連桿機構作為主體架構,來達到實用、攜帶方便、節省成本的目標。 本研究將設計之機構藉由電腦輔助設計軟體Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0繪製,建立其3D模型,並將所設計之摺疊輪椅進行動態模擬與干涉檢查,確認輪椅在收摺動作過程中無干涉情形發生,再藉由電腦輔助分析軟體COSMOSDesignSTAR 4.5進行應力、應變及位移之分析,以確定所設計輪椅之強度,作為往後生產製造之參考。
By collecting all kinds of attendant-type wheelchair journal papers and patent publications, they were classified according to dates, inventor’s countries, folding mechanism and folding directions. This paper focuses on the developmental tendency of the folding wheelchair which provides excellent references for designing future folding wheelchairs. This wheelchair uses the simplest four-bar linkage as its main structure to achieve the goals of practicability, easy-to-carry, and low cost. This research constructs 3D computer models and proceeds kinematic simulation and interference examination by using Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0, and then via auxiliary analysis software of the computer COSMOS DesignSTAR4.5 executes structure analysis its stress, strain and placement are observed and also become a reference before produces the products.
