摘要

本研究係有關馬桶輔助站立機構之研發，其目的為設計出單一操作、乘坐舒適且節省空間的馬桶輔助站立機構，適用於行動不便的使用者。本研究首先針對馬桶輔助站立機構之相關的專利公報加以收集、整理、分類與分析，再依各種型態不同的專利分類中找出創新設計發展的方向，再從機構合成中，找出符合設計條件的四連桿運動鏈；透過電腦輔助繪圖軟體建立馬桶輔助站立機構之電腦模型，並確認其桿件間無干涉情況發生。再由電腦輔助分析軟體模擬不同操作位置的應力分佈情況，確保本研究馬桶輔助站立機構具有足夠之強度。最後進行實體原型打樣，以驗證其功能及可行性。

This study is about the research and development of a lifting mechanism for toilets. Its purpose is to design a lifting mechanism of single-operation, sitting comfort, and saving space, which is suitable for disable users. This research collected, classified, and analyzed all patents about the lifting devices for toilets. A design direction was found from patent analysis. A four-bar kinematic chain satisfying the design conditions was obtained from mechanism synthesis. CAD software was used to construct computer model and to verify interference conditions. CAE software was employed to analyze stress distribution in different operation positions to ensure sufficient strength of the lifting device. Finally, a prototype was built to verify its functions and practicability.
