本研究針對僅有雷射掃描裝置、XY-PLOTTER與Z軸升降平台,以及控制系統僅能控制單一機構的漿料快速原型系統,作進一步完整機能的機構建構,並使系統能夠自動化。 本研究目的在於,加入材料處理系統,以及程序控制軟體,使本系統能夠自動化製作工件。 研究中,設計並建構材料處理系統,再利用單動程式做控制測試,觀察各部機構作動情況;設計一套自動化流程,交由電控人員寫作程序控制軟體,使用此自動化系統製作工件來檢驗全自動化動作。 漿料快速原型系統增加材料處理系統後,成為擁有完整快速原型製程機能之機台;在經過各項校正與測試後,本系統能透過自動化程序控制軟體,讀取雷射掃瞄路徑檔案組,設定各種參數,進行自動化加工,研究中,實際製作工件,證實本系統符合快速原型製程需求,成功製出工件成品;未來將進一步優化製程參數,提高製程效率,製作精密工件。
The existing rapid prototyping system just has the laser system,XY-protter and Z direction movement of platform. The control system just has mono active program. The aim of this study is to add a new material processing system, an automatic procedure. Enabling the RP system can make work pieces. In the study, to add a new material processing system, to design an automatic procedure, and to verify the functions of the RP system by making work pieces. After integrating the new material processing system, the function of individual mechanism is tested by mono active program. The new system is operated by use of a self-developed man-machine interface. The result shows after adjusting and testing,the new system can read slicing files, set up working parameters, and effectively fabricate parts by the integrated control program. Further optimization of working parameters for producing precise parts will be done in the future.
