本研究透過國科會為「前瞻工程科技之未來性產品概念設計」專案所架設的Ideastorming部落格,探討設計團隊在此平台上的知識分享與互動交流,藉由同儕間對團隊成員的新概念評論、團隊回應率、總瀏覽率、推薦次數與CQ值等各項數據,找出影響團隊設計創造力的因素。並挑選一組在期中發表中表現傑出的團隊作品,作為案例以此分析,進一步探討影響組織創造力的主因。 本研究欲以應用前瞻科技十五組團隊作為研究母體,透過七位各領域評審評定各團隊之設計成果,將其分數比對平台分析結果,以找出哪些特性或因素能促進團隊績效。 研究結果顯示,團隊評論與回應成中度正相關,高評論與回應率的團隊,對於增進團隊績效有一定的幫助。
This research is investigating the design team's knowledge sharing and interaction by the way of browsing the blog Ideastorming set up by the National Science Council for the project "Advanced Engineering Technology of The Future Product Concept Design " ,is finding out the factor which affect the creativity of design team by new concept comments, team responding rate, total browsing rate, recommending times, CQ value and so on among the peer groups, and selecting an outstanding team work published in the mid-term as a case to analyze it, discussing the main factors which affect the organized creativity. This research would like to use the first 15 advanced technology teams as study population and then contrasts their scores with the blog analysis results to find out these characteristics or factors that promote the team achievement by comments from seven various examiners on each team design work. The finding shows a modest positive association between team comments and responses, so high response rate and comment of the team would enhance team performance certainly.
