摘要


本論文針對單軸半自動伺服熔接機之監控系統進行開發,以熔接機之熔接條件為監控製程,利用資料庫系統為資料交換平台,將不同功能之模組整合成一系統。監控之熔接參數包括熔接電壓、熔接電流及保護氣體,此三項條件都會影響工件之熔接品質。 本研究之監控系統架構主要分為三個部分。首先是程式部分,所使用的軟體為Visual Basic 2010,此軟體提供使用者監控介面的開發工具,並且結合了NI DAQ component模組來達到資料擷取與電壓電流波型顯示的功能。第二部份是資料擷取,本研究使用NI DAQ系列的NI 9221訊號擷取卡及cDAQ 9171的轉接盒,來實現熔接條件的控制與熔接資料的擷取,最後結合Arduino外接GPRS Shield簡訊發送模組,來實現當熔接條件異常時即時發送異常通知的功能。 由建構的系統雛形可知,本論文以熔接機為主軸而建構之監測系統,可將設備的運轉狀態及資訊蒐集統整存於資料庫中,並且分析歸納,有效的改善了因熔接條件異常而導致產品品質及生產速度受到影響的發生,降低因異常而造成的損失。

This thesis is devoted to developing the monitoring system for single axis semi-automatic servo welding machines. The system consists of two functionalities: the monitoring function for welding conditions and the database as the data communication platform integrating different functional modules into the whole system. The considered welding conditions include the welding voltage, welding current and protective gas; these three conditions all affect the welding quality of the workpieces. The main architecture of the monitoring system of this study is divided into three parts. The first part is the main program written by using the Visual Basic 2010 software, which provides the development tools of the user monitoring interface and the NI DAQ component module to communicate with the data acquisition interface. The voltage and the current waveform can be displayed the designed graphical user interface. The second part is the data acquisition, the system adopts the NI signal acquisition card NI 9221 and the adapter box cDAQ 9171 to implement the control of the welding conditions and the capture of the welding data. Finally, an Arduino with the external GPRS shield is used to build the SMS sending module to fulfill the function of instantly notification sending when the welding conditions are abnormal. From the experiments performed on the prototype system, the welding machine monitoring system can collect and analyze the data of operation status and equipment information, and store them in the database. It further improves the product quality and production speed, and reduces the cost of defect or rework.
