流量計控制器之研製

摘要


本文的主旨為將傳統之流量計作改善,並研製具有充電功能及無線網路傳輸功能之流量計,且可透過無線傳輸方式達成遠端監控,使得本流量計在市場上更具有優勢與競爭性。 本文所研製之流量計,係採用發電機原理,利用水流轉動葉片來帶動永磁軸承產生交流之電力,以作為微處理器的工作電力;且將多餘的電力存放於低自放電電池,作為無線通訊模組之電力來源。並利用無線感測網路透過無線傳輸將資料傳送至電腦主機,作為分散式處理與集中管理,以完成遠端監控的目的。由本文得知,以具有無線網路功能及自發電充電式流量計 (Self-Power and Charge of Flow Meter) 可取代傳統之流量計,不僅僅是方便、更能快速且準確讀取流量資料,對於水源供應公司而言,可輕鬆的管理各用戶用水情形,在用戶方面更輕易觀看到自家用水總量。

The purpose of the paper is to improve the convention of flow meter and study flow meter which has rechargeable battery and wireless network. The wireless transmission can improve the advantages and competition of flow meter in the market. In the paper, the flow meter to base on the theory of generator. Using the flow of water moves the blade that to drive the permanent magnet rotor. Then it generates the electricity. The electricity served as the power resource of microcontroller unit and wireless communication and saved the extra electricity in the low self-discharge nickel-metal hydride battery. We exploit ZigBee via the wireless transmission to deliver the data to computer servers. The method can establish a database for the control centering management to reach the objective of remote supervision. According to this study, we can replace the traditional flow meter by using the wireless functions and the self-power and charge of flow meter. It is convenient, more rapid and precise to get the data of the total flowing amount. To the company of water resources, it provides the simpler management of the water consuming condition of each customer. To each customer, it offers easily observed total amount of water consumption.
