模鑄式變壓器局部放電問題檢測及診斷

摘要


電力系統設備常因絕緣材料受到電應力、溫度效應、化學反應、機械應力及周遭環境的影響下,而造成其絕緣產生劣化,導致電力設備發生故障,引起不必要的停電。因此,如何預防其事故之發生或是發生事故後能迅速檢測出其事故成因,以提升電力系統運轉之可靠度,便成為電力系統中的一項重要課題,電機設備絕緣材料的局部放電診斷,是評估絕緣材料之絕緣狀態的重要指標。其中,線上局部放電檢測係為一項重要的診斷方式,用以診斷絕緣材料之瑕疵劣化狀況。然而,線上局部放電檢測之應用難題為現場環境雜訊遠較工廠或實驗室來的大,而且量測靈敏度會隨量測方式而有所差異。為此,本論文檢測數台模鑄式變壓器進行探討,分別使用標準測試法及線上局部放電檢測進行量測。根據量測結果分析其波形及電荷量等特性,提供分析人員對於線上局部放電檢測讀值之評判。本論文探討局部放電診斷檢測法,期能對模鑄式變壓器即使在運轉中亦能準確的檢知局部放電現象。以有效預知變壓器之絕緣劣化程度,並於故障發生前作更換與維修保養之工作,減少非計劃性停機事件作有效的防範與維護,以提升系統之可靠度。

Power system facilities often experience insulation degradation and operation breakdown, causing undesired electrical power outage, due to the influence of electric stress, temperature, chemical reaction, mechanical stress and environment by the electrical insulating material. Therefore, to prevent transformer failure and to have a quick diagnosis of transformer fault analysis become of great concerns. The partial discharges (PD) measurement approach in power equipments is a very important inspection technique for insulation deterioration assessment. Among them, on-line partial discharge measurement is one of the most important diagnostics assessing the condition of insulator. However, the difficulty of application of on-line partial discharge measurement is the noise level is relatively higher than factory/laboratory, and the sensitivity varies with different measuring strategies. Therefore, this thesis tests some cast resin transformer with defect by means of off-line partial discharge (IEC 60270) and on-line partial discharge measurements. According to record the waveforms and pico-coulombs of these approaches, and analyze these data. The results show the characteristics of these approaches, and provide useful information for analyst. The PD based approach possesses the greatest potential for further development. Consequently, the deterioration degree of insulation for cast resin transformers can be foreknow effectively so that the transformers can be replaced or maintained before occurring fault, then the non-planned shutting down and the system ability can be reduced and promoted, respectively.
