模鑄式變壓器(Epoxy-Resin Transformer)是配電變壓器的一種,其絕緣材料若有損耗,會發生部份放電(Partial Discharge) 現象,其原因可能是絕緣內部有空洞、雜質、…等因素所導致。 本論文介紹部分放電形成原因與其對電力設備的影響與破壞,進而解釋部份放電檢測方法及標準,也描述了內部結構及設計做為模擬軟體的依據。 由於影響部份放電發生情形的因素很多,本論文應用有限元素模擬分析軟體Comsol Multiphysics 4.4建造模鑄式變壓器模型,選擇相關材料係數套入模擬,提出內部絕緣完好與發生空洞情形作為比較,透過多種不同空洞的情境模擬,分析不同絕緣損壞時的多種放電情形,藉以提供模鑄式變壓器使用者評估是否應進行維修或者汰換的良好參考。 關鍵字: 模鑄式變壓器、部份放電、有限元素分析。
Epoxy-resin transformer is a type of power distribution transformers. If the insulation material of a Epoxy-resin transformer is worn, partial discharge will occur. These phenomena may be caused by the holes inside insulation material, impurities, and other factors etc. This thesis introduces the formation of the partial discharge and its effect and destruction of electrical equipment. The detection methods and standards of partial discharge are further explained. This thesis also describes the internal structure and design of a cast-resin transformer as the basis for partial discharge simulation. A lot of factors will affect the occurrence of partial discharge. This thesis uses finite element simulation software Comsol Multiphysics 4.4 to build cast-resin transformer model. Related material coefficients are selected into the simulation model. Several partial discharge phenomena of insulation breakdown are analyzed by assuming the internal insulation existing different size of holes. The results of this thesis provide a good reference to cast-resin transformer users to assess whether their transformer should be repaired or replaced.
