部分放電量測方法在GIS上之應用

摘要


摘要 在輸配線路上,若F緣器材發生局部放電,此現象可能表示F緣出現問題,輸電線路的F緣常因積污、潮濕、材料老化、材料缺陷、設計與施工品質不良等因素造成閃絡及F緣破壞等事故而直接影響送電的品質。隨著電力網路電壓等級的提高及用戶對用電品質要求的提升,電力設備F緣性能的診斷及早期預警成為維持良好線路運轉的重要課題。如欲於帶電運轉時,偵測F緣器材局部放電發生之原因並識別是否處於損壞之臨界狀態,常需面對現實檢測環境的嚴苛限制,例如檢測環境存在的噪音與電磁、電氣及電信干擾等。本文擬介紹各種部份放電之量測方式,及藉由氣體絕緣開關設備(Gas Insulation Switchgear,GIS)內的超高頻(Ultra-High frequency,UHF) 電磁波放電信號作分析來診斷絕緣是否劣化,此法可提供高壓設備維護人員所需要的高指向性及能排除電氣與環境噪音干擾的檢測,並可配合配電線路的完工驗收及GIS的例行性巡檢做量測,以利提早發現設備不良的預兆,減少電力系統停電事故的發生及經濟的受損。 關鍵詞:局部放電、超高頻電磁波放、氣體絕緣開關設備。

ABSTRACT Partial discharge activities may indicate insulation defectiveness of transmission and distribution systems, whereas contamination materials, moistures, deteriorations and defectiveness of insulation materials. Sometimes they may cause flashover or flaw of power systems. For higher transmission voltage and higher power quality as required by users, prediction diagnosis for insulating ability of HV equipment has been an important matter for utilities. For on-line and non-invasive partial discharge examination and partial discharge localization of insulation materials, it is significant to take considerations of environmental interference factors such as noise from environments, electromagnetic and electro interferences, and so on. This paper introduces some methods of partial discharge measurement, and UHF method to analysis electronic signals of GIS. This technique will benefit power-line technicians to run routine examinations and to confirm a doubtable finding of power transmission system defect, therefore to discover equipment failures earlier as well as to reduce power failure accident Keywords: Surface Discharge, UHF Electromagnetic Wave, Gas Insulation Switchgear,GIS
