台灣筆記型電腦產業近年來處於一個競爭激烈且市場趨於飽和的環境,各產品製造代工廠商對於企業客戶所注重的產品設計研發能力均在伯仲之間並已達相當水準。現今企業客戶將生產訂單交由代工生產廠商生產其中主要評估在於: 1.各代工企業是否具備良好的創新設計能力;2.該企業所製造之相關產品,是否能達到客戶所預期;3.高品質低不良率的產品需求,產品是否達到消費者的期望與良好使用體驗;4.產品是否能助於提升企業形象,提升客戶滿意度。 而產品穩定度與產品之良率,為消費者購買其相關筆記型電腦產品時為主要的參考依據,產品品質的不良率也相對直接影響了品牌口碑與辛苦建立的商譽。 本研究從作者所服務之筆記型電腦生產公司,針對客戶2011年及2012年所委託代工生產之筆記型電腦產品,分析研究當市場失敗經驗於2012年機型導入量產初期品質設計審查項目後,對於產品投入市場後的年度不良率的影響,並於公司系統中蒐集2011年尚未導入市場失敗經驗的機型年度不良率資料加以分析比對,進而探討市場失敗經驗的導入產品開發階段,是否能有效提升產品之良率。而研究結果發現,將市場失敗經驗導入產品生產前的品質設計審查階段,可有效降低產品之不良率,提升產品品質並延長產品使用壽命。
Notebook industry of Taiwan is in competition fierceness in recent years and the market prones to saturation, all products make and take place of a factory trader to reach the about equal level to the product design research and development ability that enterprise's customer pays attention to among brothers and already. Enterprise customer’s notebook order for ODM vendor depends on: 1. Manufacturer innovative design ability. 2. Manufacturer’s product whether can meet customer expectations. 3. High quality and low defective product demand, customer expectations and user good experience. 4. Products can help to enhance corporate good image, enhance customer satisfaction Stability and low failed rate are customer major concern when purchase related computer product. Also, prerequisite is the most important thing when customer chose the manufacturers. Products failed rate will also affect brand reputation. This research will analysis 2011 and 2012 notebook’s product failed rate relationship with design stage phase in marketing failed express. Analysis data from author affiliated company. The product development stage and to explore the market experience of failure, whether it can effectively improve the failed rate of products. And the results of study found that the market failure quality of product design review stage experience before production, can effectively reduce failed rate of bad products, improve the product quality and prolong the service life of the product.
