建構以圖形物件為基礎之電腦輔助零件變更系統

摘要


本研究主要係建構出零件工程變更之電腦輔助規劃系統。隨著產品市場競爭激烈,如何從設計到整體組裝及產出,不斷地降低交期、節省成本與提升品質,是各個產業所關切的課題。在這個情形下,有效地對各項產品零件的時程、成本與品質進行控制及管理,是佔有舉足輕重的地位。本研究在實體結構方面,系統整合了CAD圖形物件,以完整的呈現各項零組件的實體模型,使操作人員對各項零件實體,及組裝操作之程序有更深一層的認知。在工程變更方面,零件變更建議提出後,電腦輔助規劃系統會對其所影響之層面(如:零件、成本,交期、品質…等)進行詳細的評估及審核,並在相同零件項目中,查詢出規格相容的產品零組件作為變更候選零件。本套系統應用基因演算法,設定零件、成本以及交期作為變更參數,以成本及交期最小化為適合性函數,搜尋出最佳的變更組合為目的,並稽核工程模擬變更後產品整體在功能特性上所產生之影響,產出工程變更報告。最後,在產品零件資料庫中,選定出最佳替換性零件,以期在工程變更後,能在適度的品質之下解省成本與縮短時程,並持續性地支援工程變更,使產品零組件替代性變更之運用更具效益。

This research is mainly to construct a computer-aided planning system for the engineering change of part. Since the product market is very competitive, how does the industry enhance product design to assembly output, reduce cost and entire process schedule, and effectively improve quality is highly concerned by each industry. Under this situation, effectively control the product schedule for each part, reduce product cost, and improve product quality become very important factors. In the product structure of this study, integrating CAD graphic article presents an object model for each part to assist operator’s further understanding in assembly process. In addition, the computer-aided planning system evaluates and checks the influenced aspects (e.g. part, cost, schedule, quality...) and inquires the qualified specification in the same part items after the suggested part change is proposed. The system uses genetic algorithm to set up part, cost, and schedule as variables. The fitness function is to minimize cost and schedule for the purposes of searching the best change combination, auditing the effects of the function characteristics of products after changing the engineering simulation, and producing the report of engineering changes. Finally, the best alternative part is selected in the database to reduce cost and schedule with appropriate quality after the engineering change and to continuously support the engineering change in benefits for the application of alternative change of product parts.
