本研究為新型攀階輪椅之相關機構設計,期盼能夠提供結構簡單、具高穩定性和準確動作之攀階輪椅,作為攀階輪椅使用者之另一種新選擇。本研究並將所收集之專利公報及文獻加以整理分類與分析,以作為開發新型攀階輪椅之參考方向。 本研究利用機構合成之方法,在確立設計需求與設計限制後,再不斷修改符合攀階功能的機構,以便找出適合本研究所需要之攀階輪椅機構,最後進行尺寸合成,將所設計之機構成功應用至機械裝置上。此外,本研究藉由Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0電腦輔助設計軟體,建立其3D Model,並應用Pro/Assembly模組中Mechanism指令之模擬功能,對所設計之攀階輪椅進行動態模擬。經確認輪椅於機構作動過程中並無干涉情形發生後,再利用Pro/MECHANICA進行應力、應變、及位移之分析,以確定該設計輪椅所需之強度。最後再進行實體模型之製作,使本研究所設計之攀階輪椅,可以從實體模型的功能測試上得到驗證。本研究經過以上種種步驟所完成之攀階輪椅,具有製作成本低、結構簡單、和準確的動作,適用於脊椎損傷癱瘓或下肢癱瘓者使用之攀階輪椅。
The main objective of this research is to design the mechanism of a new climbing wheelchair which is expected to provide lower cost, simply-constructed, and precise in movement. This newly developed climbing wheelchair may be a brand new choice for wheelchair users. This research collects all kinds of climbing wheelchair from patent publications for classifies and analyses. This paper points out the development tendency of the climbing wheelchair that provides excellent references to design of future climbing wheelchairs. First of all, this thesis adopts mechanism synthesis to establish its design concept under the consideration of its design constraints. In order to find out the mechanism of climbing wheelchair can suitable for this research needs. Finally, succeed in using this design to the mechanical device. In addition, using the computer aid program with the Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0 to build up the 3D model; while the Mechanism instruction of Pro/Assembly is applied to simulate the movements of subject wheelchair in order to ensure no interferes are involved or occurred. Furthermore, Pro/MECHANICA is used to analyze stress, stain, and displacement, so as to confirm the intensity of the wheelchair designed. At last, the function test of physical mock-up of the wheelchair is made to testify this new design of climbing wheelchair. With completion of all the processes mentioned above, this new climbing wheelchair acquires qualities of low cost, simply-constructed, and precise in movement. It is a climbing wheelchair suitable for spinal cord damage and paralysis or low limbs paralytic users.
