無滑差自動調整鉗之研發

Research and Development of Self-Adjustable Pliers without Slip

摘要


本研究係無滑差自動調整鉗之研發,根據所搜集之相關文獻回顧,發現大部分調整鉗夾持不同直徑之工件時,通常握把之距離亦會隨之改變,且當夾持工件時,往往顎夾部與工件會產生相對滑差之現象,常造成工件刮傷。於作動機構方面,利用機構合成之方法,先設計具有二個自由度之五連桿組,其中包括一個滑動運動對(prismatic pair)設計於固定顎組件之握把處,滑槽內並設有棘齒裝置,使之可自動調整把距。並同時加入肘節位置(toggle position),使鉗口放大輸出力量,讓使用者操作時更加輕鬆與省力,再於活動顎夾部分設計一旋轉運動對(revolute pair),使鉗口在夾持工件時,不會產生相對滑差現象。本研究係藉由電腦繪圖軟體Solid Works建立3D零件圖與組立圖進行動作模擬,並利用電腦輔助設計軟體Pro/Mechanica執行一系列之分析模擬過程,最後再與市面上之現有產品作比較,並探討包括夾持不同大小工件時把距變化能夠比一般調整鉗幅度小,及鉗口輸出力之機械利益能夠達到市面上產品之需求,以作為未來發展之可行性參考。

This research deals with analysis and development of slipless adjustable pliers. According to the related references of this research, most adjustable pliers will change the distance between the handle of the pliers while the pliers champs different size of workpiece. And it will slip between the jaws and the workpiece when the pliers clamp the workpiece which makes the workpiece scrape. The mechanism is designed a five links linkage which have two degree of freedom in mechanism synthesis method. It’s including a prismatic pair which is designed on the handle of the fixed jaw component, and there is a ratchet device in the slot which cans auto-focus the distance between the handle. The output force will increased in the jaws while the mechanism achieves toggle position which makes the user operate easily. Then it is designed a revolute pair on the moving jaw which makes the pliers clamp without relative slide. The research was created 3D model in Solid Words, and analyzed in Pro/Mechanica. Finally it is compared with present products and makes the distance between the handles of the pliers less then present products, and makes the Mechanical Advantage of the pliers be satisfy which can be the reference of future develop.
