本研究旨在了解目前不同產業間有關專案管理成熟度之現況及與專案管理績效間之關係,並探討專案經理人的工作滿意度、生涯規劃與組織承諾等構面是否會因組織專案管理成熟度等級之不同而對專案管理績效產生影響。 本研究主要採用問卷調查分析方式進行,問卷樣本以具備國際專案管理師(PMP)證照者之專案管理者為主要對象。問卷量表內容包括:專案管理成熟度、人格特質、工作滿意度、生涯規劃、組織承諾及專案管理績效等量表。 主要研究發現: 1. 產業間組織專案管理成熟度以「營建業」等級最高,其次為「通訊服務業」;最低的為「流通零售業」,次低的為「非營利組織」。 2. 專案管理成熟度與專管理績效間有顯著正相關。 3. 專案管理成熟度對專案經理人工作滿意度與組織承諾間有顯著正相關,對生涯規畫間則未呈現顯著相關。 4. 不同的組織及專案特性與人口統計變數對各構念間存在顯著的差異性。 5. 專案管理成熟度、工作滿意度、人格特質、組織承諾、專案管理績效間存在顯著影響關係。
The purpose of this study aims to illustrate the current status of the project management maturity level of diverse industries, and the relationship among the project manager and project success. This research conducted with survey method and the Project Management Professionals (PMPs) were used as the target sample in this study. The conclusions are listed as follows: 1. The construction industry owns the highest level of project management maturity in this surveying. 2. The result shows the project management maturity level has the import meaning on project success. 3. The result shows the project management maturity level has the import meaning on project’s job satisfaction and organization commitment but doesn’t shows the significant impact on career planning . 4. The project manager with diverse” Individual Backgrounds” show an obvious difference in respects of “Job Satisfaction”, “Organization Commitment”, “Career Planning” and “Project Success”. And the projects and organizations with diverse”Characteristics” show an obvious difference in respects of “Project Management Maturity Level”. 5. The result shows the significant meaning on the relationship among the “Project Management Maturity Level”, “Job Satisfaction”, “Organization Commitment”, “Personal Characteristics” and “Project Success”.
