在臺灣,許多重大建設已陸續達到生命週期中需要拆除重建的時候,但由於相關因素考量,部分建設無法中斷營運來辦理拆除重建,必須在營運中保持使用機能就地整建或改建,以延長建築物的生命週期。本研究係為提升此類工程專案管理之成效,以機場航廈改建專案為例,分類探討其專案管理的關鍵影響因素。 本研究透過「文獻分析法」萃取影響工程專案的五大構面及24項關鍵成功因素,並將之應用於營運中機場航廈改建工程專案內,透過「專家意見調查」取得案例內各因素相對關聯性及影響強度之意見資料,再以DEMATEL(決策實驗室法)建立其相互影響關係的因果圖,找出具有相對影響性的構面及因素,並以專案內不同單位立場分別探究其所代表之意涵。
In Taiwan, There are many important constructions were completed since 1970. Those buildings have been gradually aging, and must be demolished and rebuilt. However, due to many reasons, some of the buildings can not stop working. They must rebuild in operation. This study use DEMATEL method to explore the key influential factors in project construction management under an operational airport’s terminal renobation. We hope thar through these key factors to enhance this type of construction project management efficiency.
