大型科技廠低壓匯流排併聯太陽光電系統最佳併聯容量規劃

摘要


本論文針對大型科技廠配電系統中,可倂聯太陽光電系統的低壓匯流排之倂聯容量進行最佳規劃,以使總線路損失達到最小化,且滿足各種限制條件。文中首先建立欲探討的最佳化問題模式,包括推導目標函數及各種限制函數。其中目標函數是線路的總損失函數,而限制函數則包括每一匯流排倂聯容量的上下限、一般匯流排及敏感匯流排電壓變動限制,以及所有回路的線路電流限制。然後以「匯流排容量排列組合法」發展搜尋最佳解之法則,在求解的過程中每回搜尋都將應用電力系統分析軟體PSS/E,進行分析電力潮流、匯流排電壓及線路電流。以便進一步計算總線路損失,並檢查各種限制條件是否滿足。因此,整個配電系統的模型是以PSS/E為基礎建立的。此外,配電系統在正常運轉及非正常運轉下,受太陽光電系統倂聯的衝擊亦加以考慮。最後本文應用所提的方法對一實際大型科技進行規劃,獲致頗佳的結果,因而驗證本文所提的方法之可用性。

In this thesis, the optimal capacity of solar photo-voltaic (PV) system interconnected to the each allowable low voltage bus of distribution system in the high-tech industrial plant is planned for minimizing the line loss and satisfying various constraints. The formulation of optimal problem to be studied is first constructed, in which the objective function and various constraint functions are derived. The objective function is the total line loss function, while the constraints include the lower and upper limits of PV capacity interconnected to each bus, voltage variation limits for normal buses and sensitive buses, and the line current limits for all circuits. Then, the solution searching algorithm is developed based on the combination of bus capacity arrangement (CBCA) method. In each routine of solution searching, A software package namely PSS/E is used to analyze the power flow, bus voltages and line current for further determining the total line loss and checking the constraints whether being satisfied or not. So, the model of the whole distribution system is constructed based on PSS/E package. In addition, the impacts of PV system on the distribution system under normal and abnormal operation will be taken into account. At last, the proposed solution searching algorithm, i.e., CBCA method, is used on an actual large high-tech industrial plant with promising result, thus the availability of the proposed method is certified.
