利用灰色卡爾曼改善觸控面板座標偏移誤差之系統設計與實作

摘要


觸控面板算是當前最熱門的科技產品,它讓使用者與科技產品有了不一樣的溝通方式,也讓搭配觸控面板的產品愈來愈普遍,進而提升產品整體附加價值,成為重要關鍵零組件之一。由於觸控面板是要取代以往的鍵盤與滑鼠,應用也由個人消費性電子產品逐漸轉往教育市場與娛樂市場,因此觸控面板的座標「偏移量誤差」為影響觸控面板重要因素之一,尤其博弈遊戲機進行的是金錢方面的遊戲,若因座標偏移誤差過大而發送不可預期的錯誤訊息,將引起無法挽回的後果,因此透過觸控面板有關的金錢交易絕對不允許產生錯誤。 為了改善這個問題,本論文提出了一種可改善觸控座標偏移誤差的方法,實現了利用卡爾曼慮波器理論(Kalman Filter)中的濾波與修正功能,再結合灰色理論(Grey System)中的平滑模型。其中將研究的進行分為兩大部份,第一部份先以卡爾曼濾波理論應用於觸控座標偏移誤差改善,第二部份再以灰色理論結合卡爾曼濾波理論應用於觸控座標偏移誤差改善。最後再將兩部份進行最終分析與量化數據,推論出灰色結合卡爾曼於觸控座標偏移誤差改善程度較大,可有效改善直線的線性度與曲線的平滑度,提供更為安全可靠的科技產品。

Touch panels is regarded as the most popular technology product. It allows users and technology products have a different way to communicate with the touch panel products, but it’s also more and more common to enhance the added value of the product as a whole. Gradually it becomes one of the key components. The touch panel can replace the keyboard and mouse. The application of the individual consumer electronic products gradually transfers to the education market and entertainment markets. The touch panel coordinates 「Jitter」 is one of the important factor to affect error field, especially game consoles the money game. If the coordinates jitter error is too large to send unexpected error message, it will cause irreversible consequences related to money transactions through the touch panel. Therefore, this kind of situation is absolutely not accepted to produce. In order to improve the problem, this paper proposes an improved touch coordinates jitter error method to achieve the filter and correction functions of Kalman filter theory. And I also combine it with the smoothing model functions of Gray theory. The study is divided into two major parts. The first part of the first Kalman filter theory is applied to improve the touch coordinates jitter error. The second part of the Kalman filter theory combines with Gray theory to improve the touch coordinates jitter error. Lastly, analyze two parts and quantify data to find that gray Kalman jitter error can improve touch coordinates error much more. It can effectively improve the linearity of the straight line and the smoothness of the curve, providing a more secure and reliable technology products.
