營運總部產銷協調參考模式建立-以筆記型電腦產業為例

摘要


在全球市場激烈競爭的產業環境中,全球化營運發展是企業不得不面對的議題和趨勢。尤其對於台灣的企業而言,在特殊的兩岸環境中經歷一波波結構性的改變,要在未來的全球競爭中生存並維持競爭力,首要之務是有能擁有全球化的產銷運籌能力,才能使企業具有國際化競爭力與永續經營的本錢。因此全球營運總部的設立和其功能的發揮,是目前台商企業的重要課題。 在整個營運總部全球運籌的商業活動中,『產』、『銷』是在關鍵性的位置。如何讓散佈在全球各地的跨國企業據點能同步運作並快速反應,使銷售、生產、採購、配送都能如預期運作,其關鍵點就在於建立完善的營運總部產銷協調機制。 本研究係以台商筆記型電腦產業營運總部之產銷協調模式為探討方向,此研究係著眼於營運總部及其子公司和各據點間之產銷流程、活動和功能,以期瞭解各單位間產銷運作 的模式,所以本研究的主要目的在於探討: (一)營運總部的設立及功能探討。 (二)營運總部下全球產銷協調的相關活動、模式和關係。 讓「台灣接單、全球製造、運籌全球」的理念得以充分實 現,鞏固我國成為「台灣接 單、全球產銷協調、設計及全球製造配送」之營運總部 地位。

In the industry environment of global market keen competition, it is topic and trend that enterprises have to face that globalization operates development. Especially as to the enterprises of Taiwan, go through batches of structural changes in special cross-straits’ environment, if it there can be the ability of the global production and sales logistics to survive and maintain the competitiveness in the future global competition, it will have the capital international competitiveness and continuation. Therefore, the operational headquarters establishment and full play of their functions are the important subjects of transnational enterprises at present. However, in the business activities of the global logisticsof the whole operational headquarters, production and sales are in the key position. How to let the strongholds of transnational enterprises all over the world can synchronous operation and fast reaction; to enable to sell, produce, purchase and deliver it like anticipated operation, its key points lie in setting up the production and sales’ coordination mechanism of the perfect operational headquarters. This research depends on the direction of discussing demand-supply coordination mode of Taiwan trader computer industry operational headquarters. This study emphasis on the production and sale procedure, constructing the surface with a view and functions among the operational headquarters with its subsidiary and every strongholds to expect to understand the way to communicate among every activities, and to increase the response strength and competitiveness of enterprises, so the main purpose to study lies in inquiry as follows: (1) The discussion of Taiwan trader operational headquarters. (2) Operational headquarters should set the related activities, mode and relationship of demand-supply coordination. Let the strategies that ' Taiwan connects the list , world produce, global logistics can realize completely, to consolidate our country becomes status of operational headquarters that ' Taiwan connects the list, researches and develops in the whole world, the design and the whole world production and deliver.
