消費者對筆記型電腦細節設計之美感評價研究

摘要


工業革命以來,工業產品挾以價格低廉與大量生產優勢征服全球,在國家生活水平與國民設計品味雙雙提升後,眾多消費性電子產品以精緻的差異化手法逐漸抬頭,如SONY、APPLE、IBM、PANASONIC、TOSHIBA、SHARP、JVC、FUJITSU…等注重產品細節裝飾設計的企業,在產品銷售與品牌價格均快速向上成長。   精緻的產品需要細節設計來突顯價值感,而整體的認定及背後的概念會直接反應在細節上,細節的改變或調整也會影響整體的效果,這種改變大至整個空間比例的掌握,因此瞭解細節設計即是理解人類與美感關係的入口。然而產品的細節設計有許多種形式與手法,透過排列組合可產生千變萬化之設計構想,本研究旨在探討消費者對筆記型電腦的細節設計差異評價,藉由專家訪談洞悉設計師必須了解的消費者設計價值看法,並利用形態建構理論將筆記型電腦解構為細節設計元件,運用KJ法將筆記型電腦細節設計圖片分類,最後經由對消費者做網路問卷調查,以美的形式原理作為評價標準,藉此建立出細節設計與美的形式原理之對應關係,以利產品設計師掌握消費者對細節設計的評價。   本研究結果發現,產品造形經由各項細節設計元件組成,視設計師理念與功能、操作方式等作為構成方式,亦可依風格特性重新解構做細部設計元件轉移應用。而運用細節設計精緻化可營造產品外觀差異性,進而創造企業風格屬性,提升品牌識別度。

Since Industrial Revolution, industrial products become popular with the advantage of inexpensive price and mass production. When the National Living Standard and peoples’ design taste get advanced, many electronic products have the gradual rise by possess more professional skill and delicate quality. For example, companies of SONY、APPLE、IBM、PANASONIC、TOSHIBA、SHARP、JVC、FUJITSU…etc., the enterprises put focus on their products’ detailed-decoration design. Consequently, the growth of the product accomplishment and the brand price rise rapidly. Delicate products need to prove value by details design, in which indicated that the completion of affirm along with the concept behind would respond directly in the details. Furthermore, changes or adjustments on the details will also put influence on the final outcome. Due to the fact that this kind of change can be vital on controlling the whole spaces’ proportion, the details design could be an access on comprehending the relationship between human beings and aesthetic. Nevertheless, the details design of products include different forms and techniques. By going through combining various design conception, this research primarily concentrates on studying consumers’ evaluation to notebooks’ details design. By means of interviewing the expert, this research will demonstrate designers’ necessity on understanding consumers’ point of view to the value of the industrial design; make use of the form’s construction to resolve notebook as a detail design component. Also, apply the KJ method on categorize pictures of the notebook details design. At last, in order to evaluate the standard with the 「Principles of form」, this research also used the network questionnaire to understand consumers’ choice. As a conclusion, this research establishes a relationship between details design and principles. The result will give advantage to product designers on better understanding the consumers’ evaluation of aesthetic. This will contribute on defining the style of product design. The result of this research discovers that a product style is composed through various detail design components. Factors like designer's principle, product’s function and its operation, etc. are ways to build a product. In fact, the detail design’s components can also be resolved and transferred onto other kind of products by its unique type of style. At the end, use of the delicate details design can separate a product appearance from other same kinds in the market, so as to create the enterprise style attribute and promote the brand identities.
