隨著地球暖化日益加重,面對著各種環保法規的制定,像是歐盟所公佈的廢電機電子設備指令(WEEE)、有害物質限用指令(RoHS)與新化學品政策(REACH)等,如何面對這波綠色浪潮的來襲,有效的結合上下游廠商成為合作夥伴,建構綠色供應鏈是面對這些環保規章中決勝的關鍵之ㄧ,而綠色供應商評選機制若可以篩選到良好供應商,對企業的成長將為一大助力,在企業競爭白熱化及不斷改變的市場環境中,一套有效的供應商評選決策支援系統,輔助評選綠色供應鏈體系內各協同夥伴,將相當有利於雙方協定與綠色承諾之決策制定。 本研究將針對綠色供應商評選建構其準則與流程,經由文獻探討結合傳統供應商評選所重視的準則且加入因應綠色供應鏈所產生的環保準則,進行產業專家意見訪談,確認評選準則和層級架構,並以模糊層級分析法進行問卷分析找出各準則的權重,融合於決策支援系統的架構。本研究以某化學油品產業為例,進行實例探討,以驗證評選流程的可行性。
With the global warming getting acuter and the establishing of environmental protection regulations, such as WEEE and RoHS, how to face them and combine the suppliers and customers efficiently to form Green Supply Chain which could conform to the regulations and reduce the pollution with minimum cost has become an important issue. Structuring a complete Green Supply Chain is one of the successful factors to face the protection regulations. Due to increasing challenges and changing demand in today’s highly competitive global supply chain environment, an effective decision support system for supplier appraising is contributive to co-ordinate and decision make for Green Promise. Presently, many companies are eager to know how to structure a decision support system which could appraise suppliers’ information to find a proper co-operative enterprise.In this research, we use AHP concept to structure the decision support system which could precisely analysis suppliers’ information and consciousness of environmental protection for strategy decision making. We also want to verify the system further in order to apply the system extensively in the future.
