新型按鍵式針氈工具設計開發

Design and Development of A Click Felting-Needle Punch

摘要


由於市售針氈工具使用前後皆要重新組裝且步驟相當繁瑣,因此本論文將研發全球第一支按鍵式針氈工具,出針時刺針數目可隨意變換;只需將按鍵下壓即可出針,將按鍵回彈即可收針。目前在國內外市場皆無此類似產品,並已在申請專利中。 經由SolidWorks軟體進行新產品設計變更,完成後之針氈工具設計共有六個零件;且成功研發設計出其具有按鍵式之出針機構,並利用按鍵凸出部份作為防滾動之安全措施,且刺針露出長度控制於30 mm內,可讓使用者在創作時更為安全且舒適。 並透過快速成型技術(Rapid Prototyping)來製作產品原型,將其機構作動測試後得知其機構設計沒有問題;最後將此設計利用Moldflow模流分析軟體使充填、保壓與冷卻達到優化。若日後需要開模可將其流道配置、保壓以及冷卻設計應用於射出模具上,可使其縮短試模、修模次數以降低生產成本且提升良率。

Because the ordinary felting-needle punch needs to be re-fabricate before you use and after used, and the steps are quite complicated. In view of this, so this paper will develop a first global click felting-needle punch. When you are using this, you can change the number of the needle as you wish, and press the key to extend the needle. Then, unclench the key and the needle will have a reversion. So far, there are no similar products in the home market and the overseas market. Besides, it was applying for this patent currently. The felting-needle punch has six parts when it was completed by a software called SolidWorks after a new product was designing and modifying. And, it was successfully developed and designed the mechanism of extending needles. Using the keystroke protrude as the rolling-proof safety measures, and the bare needle length should control no more than 30 mm. Hence, the user can feel much more comfortable and secure when they are creating. To make the prototype of those products by rapid prototyping technology, we can learn that there is no problem in mechanism design after we have testing them. Finally, use Moldflow to analysis the design. And, make the filling, packing and cooling as perfect as possible. If we need to make a new mold in the future, we can apply the runner configure, packing and cooling design on the injection mold. We can also cut down the frequency in testing mold and fixing mold. Then, reduce the production costs and raise the manufacturing efficiency.
