由於目前市售的針氈握把之產品長度達150 mm,且外徑均超過18 mm,對於使用者而言,有收納與使用上的問題;此外,使用前後均需拆解,且需使用金屬墊片,因此使用過程相當繁複;而於安全性設計方面,由於針氈握把均屬圓筒型,因此放置於平面上時容易滾動,造成握把掉落地面導致次針斷裂彈飛而扎傷人;除此之外,目前產品均屬多針式,僅可用於創作平面作品,無法創作精巧型或是立體作品;綜合以上,本研究為開發新型針氈握把。 於產品設計部分,本研究使用Solid works 3D CAD軟體設計產品及模具,經設計後之新型針氈握把共有四個塑膠零件,產品總長度為97 mm,外徑為13 mm,而使用前後不需組裝,且不需使用金屬墊片,僅需打開安全筆頭即可使用,此外,亦有防滾動之安全設計。於模具設計部分,亦應用Moldflow 模流分析軟體輔助設計模具;模具為兩板模之一模四穴的配置方式,經由模流分析的結果得知,澆口尺寸以2 mm為最佳。此外,亦應用模流分析軟體使充填、保壓與冷卻達到最佳化,使產品的體積收縮差異達到3%內之品質要求。
The currently marketed products of Felt-Needle have some problems, for example, the length is longer than 150 mm and the diameter is bigger than 18 mm, so there are inconvenient to storage and using for the user. In addition, it needs to assembling before use and the end, need using metal washer. The products are all circular, there are have no safty device, so that the products easier to roll on the ground, when it happened, the needle easily broken and hurts people. The commercial products are muti-needle, so they only can be used to create 2D art. Based on the above, developing a new Felt-Needle product is the goal of this research. The course of the study, we using Solidworks to design new model and draw mold, when the new model completed, using Moldflow to assist mold design, like gate and runner system, etc. then to find Optimal parameters of filling, packing ,cooling and warping. The new model has four parts, and reached that the maximum radius is 13 mm, the maximum length is 97 mm, and the safety design is included. By the result of Moldflow, the family tool of four cavities, the best size of gate is 2 mm, through the optimal filling, packing, cooling, the shrinkage differences of products is lower than 3%.
