橋梁監造計畫之研究

摘要

一個發展中的都會區必定處處進行各種建設，而都市在大興土木的同時，工安事故頻傳也時有所聞。由於科技發展一日千里，使得建築規模較以往的建築規模為大且更加復雜，同時亦增加施工上的困難度，然而吾人可藉由良好且適當的監造作業，以督促承包商於施工及材料兩項，均能依標準作業程序進行施作及抽驗，如此當可大幅度減少工安事故的發生。
本研究首先收集橋梁營建管理、橋梁施工技術、橋梁安全管理、橋梁基礎施工等文獻，再進行橋梁工程之分析，並以行政院公共工程委員會於九十三年九月頒訂之「監造計畫製作綱要」為藍本，整理研擬監造計畫書應有架構與內容，並制定「橋樑監造計畫書評分表」，最後針對既有案例加以探討、分析與評分，以提供監造計畫書品質之優劣之判斷。期望本研究成果能提供予工程界參考，並提昇工程建設品質及技術水準，以及減少工程災害。

In a developing city, hardware construction is probably needed everywhere. And in constructing a city, the accidents at construction sites happen frequently. Even having high tech that confront harder construction methods to make people build higher, taller and longer buildings, we can use a proper construction process to detect that constractors indeed sample and test materials and control contruction site under the standard process. If so, they can deeply decrease the happening of accidents in construction sites.

The study is focus on collecting management plans - of constructing work of bridges, of preventing accidents, detecting constructing work of bridges, and analyzing plans of construction work and character of bridge construction project. We analyzing documents to be blue print of plans and content of construction project, aiming at cases at hand to analyze and discuss to present suggestions and conclusions. Expect this study can be a consultation which can improve quality and technology of construction to decrease construction accidents.
