有線電視產業提供光纖到府服務的技術已漸成熟,台灣在這方面產業的發展結合政府政策以迅速推展,故本論文之目的為探討光纖到府服務對此產業競爭優勢之影響,以提供該產業人士作為應用參考。 本文利用問卷調查與深入訪談之方法,並以國內擁有13家系統台120萬收視戶的東森媒體科技為主要研究對象。研究結果有: 一、產業關鍵成功因素的主要因素有:領導團隊執行力與遠見、企業控制營運成本能力、國家政策對產業之影響、提供Triple Play服務、市場涵蓋之規模…等主要因素。 二、競爭策略優勢的主要因素有:光纖網路建置的重要性、擁有執行能力之專業人才、精確掌握顧客需求之服務、行銷通路的掌握、顧客服務的內容多元化…等主要因素。 三、企業核心資源優勢之主要的核心價值因素有:光纖網路鋪設範圍、光纖網路維運機制、系統整合應用能力、公司運作資訊化之平台、建置數位化平台…等。 四、消費者服務需求之主要的因素有:客服中心服務品質、高速寬頻上網的服務、退拆機服務的便利性、數位學習環境服務的需求、提供數位電視節目的服務…等因素。 利用修訂過的創新SWOT矩陣與策略意圖目標矩陣,分析與歸納出光纖到府服務對有線電視產業競爭優勢影響之重要因素,並經由所建構的東森媒體科技差異化矩陣分析結果提出相關之建議,最後針對FTTH服務產品、有線電視光纖網路建置及企業組織等方面對有線電視產業提出較為具體的建議。
The research is made under practical application and reference of influence by competitive advantages of the industry of Fiber To The Home (FTTH) with government strategy of Cable TV since the technology is gradually mature. The questionnaire is designed and investigated under broaden Field Survey targeted at the 1,200,000 subscribers of 13 systematic cable operators of Eastern Multimedia Co. Ltd. in Taiwan.The proposed resulted areas of this paper are listed as below: 1. The main successful factors of industry are: implementation of leadership, vision sight, budget control of business, governmental policy influence, service of Triple Play, market scale and segment …etc. 2. The advantages of competitive strategy are: importance of FTTH network, professional experts in executing the project, precisely control of customers’ requirement, control on market channel, diversity in the context of customer service…etc. 3. The core value of advantage of industry core resources are: coverage of fiber network, maintenance/operation of fiber network, application on systematic integration, framework of ERP, digital multi-platform…etc. 4. The service demand of customers are: quality of Customer Service Center, broadband network service, convenience of installation and dismantle the facility, requirement of digital learning environment, digital TV service….etc. Consequently, it is humble myself to provide practical solution to the Cable industry and to FTTH products by Differentiated Matrix. Analyzing and comparing by Innovated SWOT Matrix and Tactics Intention Goal Matrix. Hope to have practical suggestion of contribution to the industry.
