供應鏈體系運作模式之研究─以臺灣筆記型電腦代工廠與上游廠商之關係為例

摘要


台灣近三十年來的資訊工業產業表現傲視全球,而這成功背後有著種種因素諸如:人才教育的完備、國家產業政策的正確、世界科技發展的趨勢,……等等。然而要成為硬體製造的王國,必須要有完善的原物料供應體系,才得以繼續保有無數資訊產品的「世界第一」美譽。 在2005年,台灣廠商所生產的筆記型電腦製造量,將確定提供全球使用者,超過百分之七十五甚或更高的比例。而每一台筆記型電腦,是由為數千百個原料所構成的複雜電腦系統,然而,台灣的筆記型電腦代工業者,如何利用成熟完整的,機動的,及靈活的運籌系統,構建這一代工王國,正是本研究欲探討的主題,既:供應鏈運作模式之研究。 因為供應鏈管理為一相當龐大且複雜的系統課題,所以,本研究將僅針對 (1) 風險共攤;(2) 長鞭效應;(3) 聯合規劃;(4) 推式與拉式系統;(5) 供應商管理存貨等五項子題進行探討,希望以學理的基礎,佐以研究調查分析的結果,提供業界對這五項元素更深刻的認知,進而對供應鏈管理,有更深一層的認識。經本研究發現上述五項子題都有著共通的依賴點:資訊整合的概念;因為資訊的整合價值將有利於銷減存貨的價格。

For the past 30 years, Taiwan has successfully impressed the whole world with its outstanding performance in the computer industry. Behind this pride are a variety of factors, such as the maturity of the training and educational system, the abundant supply of manpower, the accuracy of national guidelines on development in this industry, and the major tendency of the world’s mainstream technological development. To become a leading country in the computer hardware manufacturing industry, however, calls for a firm and steady system to supply materials. Only when we are able to maintain a steady supply of materials can we retain the leadership in the field of producing computer peripherals. In 2005, the laptop computers produced by Taiwan are sure to account for 75% or even more of the global market. As we know, it takes hundreds of units or parts to assemble a computer, whose mechanism is quite complicated. As a matter of fact, it has been the interest of many people how the computer OEMs in Taiwan have maturely and flexibly employed their well-integrated resources to make themselves a giant in the competitive global market. This thesis is aimed at a full exploration and analysis of the operating model of the supply chain. Considering the vast scope and the complexities of this subject, this study will focus merely on the following five aspects: 1) Risk Pool, 2) Bull Whip, 3)CPFR –Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment. 4) Push and Pull System and 5) VMI-Vender Management Inventory System. Hopefully, this study, which is based on academic theories as well as the results of certain surveys and research, will provide the related industries with further knowledge and recognition of these five critical elements. On top of this, this study has found the common point of the above five elements: The value of the information integration could reduce the cost of inventory.
