零售商選擇與產能分配之研究

摘要


全球化的趨勢使得企業必須仰賴全球經貿得以成長,因此,立足於海外市場最快速且有效率的關鍵成功因素即是夥伴的選擇。然而,現今供應商紛紛合併為供應大廠,其下游零售商眾多難以判別其良莠,在此情況下供應商對於零售商的夥伴評選便成為擴展海外版圖的一項重要程序,又因企業決策者為了因應現今產品生命週期短之特性須在短時間內將產品上架,因此,需藉助建構一套含有考量因素之數學評估模式的零售商篩選系統以輔助決策者在最短的時間內遴選出最適合作夥伴以利於企業之運作。 供應商評選零售商的主要目的是為了避免企業落入財務呆帳的窘境,因此,本研究將建構運輸成本、付款條件風險、零售商吸引力、數量折扣後之利潤等數學模式作為篩選零售商之依據,而建構出之數學模式具有多重結構和複雜之組合問題,將運用基因演算法的特性結合visual basic開發系統建構一套遴選零售商的決策系統,此系統能同時篩選出合適之多家零售商並完成產能分配。 研究成果顯示,基因演算法能有效解決本研究多重結構及複雜的組合問題,且能在滿足限制條下快速遴選出最適之多家零售商並同時完成產能分配,此開發系統的建構將利於輔助決策者縮短決策時間及降低風險。

Riding the tides of globalization, the growth of a company has to depend on the development of global trade. Therefore, partner selection becomes the fastest and most efficient essential factor of success in finding a foothold in overseas market. However, as many suppliers nowadays have merged into bigger supplying factories with downstream retailers of confusing quality levels being large in number, the partner selection by the suppliers of the retailers has become a major procedure in overseas business expansion under such circumstances. Meanwhile, decision makers in companies have to shelf their products in short time in view of present short product life cycle. Hence, it is necessary to construct a retailer selection system of mathematical appraisal model with consideration factors included to help decision makers pick out in shortest time the most appropriate cooperation partners for the smooth company operation. The main purpose of retailers’ appraisal by suppliers is to keep the company from the financial predicament of bad debts. Therefore, this study is to construct the mathematical models of transportation cost, risks of payment terms, retailers’ attractiveness, and profits after quantity discounts to serve as the benchmarks for retailer appraisal and selection. The mathematical models constructed have integrated problems of multi-structure and complexity. Genetic Algorithm will be applied along with visual basic to develop a decision-making system for retailers’ appraisal and selection. The system is able to simultaneously pick out several appropriate retailers and accomplish productivity allocation. As revealed by the research results, Genetic Algorithm can effectively solve the multi-structure and complex integrated problems in this study. Moreover, it can pick out several most appropriate retailers and accomplish productivity allocation at same time with limiting conditions satisfied. The establishment of this development system can be helpful to reducing the decision-making time and lowering the risks.
