本研究為可調式節能汽門揚程裝置(Energy-Saving Variable Valve Lift Apparatus)之設計與分析,首先針對相關之論文及專利公報進行文獻收集,作為本研究可調式節能汽門揚程裝置設計之參考依據。接著依照設計需求,設計出本研究所需之七連桿運動鏈,並透過電腦輔助繪圖軟體Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0進行可調式節能汽門揚程裝置之細部設計、尺寸合成與3D建模,此外也利用Pro/Assembly之機構指令對所設計之可調式節能汽門揚程裝置進行動態模擬及揚程位置分析,最後再藉由ANSYS 11.0電腦輔助分析軟體來觀察此可調式節能汽門揚程裝置之結構在作動時所產生之應力,確保本研究之可調式節能汽門揚程裝置之結構強度。
This research focuses on the design and analysis of energy-saving variable valve lift apparatus. Through collected relevant research of variable valve lift apparatus’s thesis and patent as a reference when design. Used Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0 to draw out the seven bar kinematics chain and used the Pro/Assembly utility the new mechanic structure design of energy-saving variable valve lift apparatus is composed. The movement of energy-saving variable valve lift apparatus is simulated with the Pro/Assembly mechanism function. In conclude, CAE software (ANSYS 11.0) could be used for analyzing stresses distributed in different modes.
