本研究係有關於新型可變汽門揚程裝置(Variable Valve Lift Apparatus)之機構設計,並且將收集之論文及專利公報加以整理分類與分析,依據所收集之文獻將汽門揚程調整裝置以作動之方式,加以分類與分析,之後再依據年代、發明國家來探討汽門揚程調整裝置的發展趨勢,作為開發新型汽門揚程調整裝置參考方向。接著利用機構合成方法,首先確立設計需求與設計限制,找出適合本研究所需要的汽門揚程調整裝置之特殊化鏈轉換成特殊化鏈圖集,最後還原成機械裝置並進行尺寸合成,此外也利用Pro/Engineer Wildfire2.0中之Pro/Assembly模組的Mechanism指令模擬功能對所設計之汽門揚程調整裝置進行運動模擬,確認有無干涉之情形,之後藉助電腦輔助分析軟體ANSYS 11來觀察此汽門揚程調整裝置之結構在作動時所產生之應力,以作為後續實體生產參考。
This thesis research concentrates on the construction design and new development of Variable Valve Lift apparatus. Researches of Variable Valve Lift apparatus’s thesis and patents are collected, analyzed, categorized and dated by invention dates and countries. The ways of how Variable Valve Lift apparatus have advance over time in different countries are studied for construction of new mechanisms. First the mechanism synthesize methods is used to understand the needs and constrains of Variable Valve Lift apparatus design. Then finding the specialized kinematics chain suitable for this research and organize them into a serious of graphics. Finally by using the Pro/Assembly utility from Pro/Engineer Wildfire2.0 the new mechanic structure design of Variable Valve Lift apparatus is composed. The movement of Variable Valve Lift apparatus is simulated with the Pro/Assembly Mechanism function to make sure there are no interferences within the structure. Stress of this lift apparatus are also analyzed by using ANSYS 11 for the studies of forthcoming manufacturing.
