商用建築智慧化防災避難之研究

摘要


有關可改變方向避難標示燈實際運用成效,國內無研究案例文獻。歐美、日本及中國已開發出具語音、聲光、可改變方向避難等避難標示燈,運用於避難逃生障礙場所。 以新建商用建築物透過本次研究結果驗證評估本工程是否導入智慧化防災避設施,提升建築物使用安全等級,及增加商用大樓租賃收益。透過問卷調查方法,歸納分析導入可改變方向具智能自主導向標示燈設施成效與應注意改善事項提供建築物提升避難引導標示設備改善成效分析。 智慧化防災避難意指:藉由個別設置防災系統與導引避難標示設備,導入溝通連結後將導引避難標示具主動判斷及智能化。 研究範圍:98年度使用之○○內湖金融中心2F(9F/B4)建築圖面室內平面格局作為主要實驗場地。 實驗人員之選定,由不同年齡、職業、性別層之人員所組成,紀錄人員緊急避難逃生行為模式。 經整體評估分析後,人員避難疏散影響因素項目如僅導入智能避難方向指示燈成效無法達廠商廣告效果,可使用於容易空間迷失方向位置,惟不建議整棟使用。

There are no domestic studies on changeable direction message systems. Europe, America, Japan and China have developed various disaster prevention and evacuation equipments that can evacuate people under emergency situation through sound, light and changeable direction message signal. Take a newly built commercial building as example; the finings in this study will assess that if rental revenue will increase by implementation of the intellectual system of disaster prevention and evacuation strengthening the safety of building. The methodology of this study includes questionnaire survey. The result of analysis and conclusion of implementation of changeable direction message system can strengthen and improve building’s quality and performance. The intellectual system of disaster prevention and evacuation means: by implementation of individual detection and guiding devices in a building. The intellectual system is connected to the detection devices, therefore, the guiding devices can direct people to escape and evacuate the space. This intellectual system is enabled to judge and react to the emergency situation spontaneously. Case: In 2009, ○○Nei-Hu financial center 2F(9F/B4) was to used to simulate the commercial office and the department store space separately. The volunteers composed of different age, occupation and sex groups will be recorded of their escape models. After the throughout assessment, an emphasis on building safety is not able to promote the building by implementation of the intellectual system of disaster prevention and evacuation. This system can direct people to escape when people feel lost directions under emergency situation. However, it is not advised to be implemented in a whole building.
