電漿熔射噴塗製備固態氧化物燃料電池Ni/YSZ陽極之研究

摘要


本研究主要為利用大氣電漿熔射噴塗技術成長具多孔結構之固態氧化物燃料電池陽極薄膜,藉由電漿熔射噴塗,可以成功製造出具多孔結構之陽極薄膜。本研究首度使用碳酸鈉粉末作為造孔劑製備固態氧化物燃料電池多孔陽極。並由實驗結果可得知,加入碳酸鈉粉末的塗層將可以明顯的增加塗層中的孔洞,並且使塗層具有網狀結構。並可使孔隙率達到20%以上。而噴霧造粒粉末製備的塗層,可使孔隙率達到30%以上,而結構也可達到與文獻上相似的分佈。藉由分析結果可以得知,起始粉末中添加造孔劑能幫助增加孔隙率,而粉末的結構對塗層更具影響力。

This research could fabricate the SOFC Ni/YSZ anode by plasma spraying method successfully. This research uses the sodium carbonate powder achievement to make the porous anode of SOFC for the first time. And we can see by the experimental result, it will enable to increasing pore in coating, and enable the coating to have the network pore structure, and enhance the porosity to achieve above 20%. And atomizes makes the powder preparation the coating, may enable the factor of porosity to achieve above 30%, even the structure also may achieve with the literature in the similar distribution. By analysis result that, we can see that it will increases when we make some of pore former into the feedstocks, but the powder structure has the more influence to the coating.
