小型LED照明零售商之永續性調查研究

A study on the Sustainability of Small LED Lighting Retailers

摘要


本研究目的透過文獻回顧,瞭解永續發展對經濟、社會與環境的影響與趨勢,從文獻中找出零售商之永續議題及發展成問卷,以深入探討小型零售業永續發展之道。企業永續發展的演進,企業不以賺錢為唯一目標。 本問卷乃透過整理有關企業永續之國內外相關文獻,並參考耶魯大學Esty與Winston兩位教授所提出之AUDIO分析工具,分別從考量面、上游、下游、議題、機會五個向度來分析及永續性報告指南架構,並應用本研究之小型LED照明零售商。調查對象以從事LED綠色能源並致力於環保及永續的小型LED照明零售業者。 本研究小型LED零售商之永續性架構三大主軸。第一主軸為『經濟面』-涵蓋三項議題,以了解經濟成功。第二主軸則為『社會責任面』-涵蓋十項議題,了解企業社會責任層面的架構與狀況。第三主軸為『環境責任面』-涵蓋十五項議題,了解企業對環境層面的績效資訊與概況。以上問卷議題共計二十八項。經調查七十五家企業後,所得數據以SPSS分析與統計。將研究分析並總結歸納出七項結論如下。 (1) 小型零售商未來一定會被要求負起節能減碳的責任。(2) 企業問卷的結 果顯示,LED零售商對永續生產與消費非常重視,因此小型LED照明零售商應即早配合政府的綠政策。(3)小型LED零售商對於永續性的重要認知非常高,占89%,但大多數企業(81.3%)並未建立永續工具。另外LED零售商最重視議題是與客戶的關係,最不重視議題是對社區繁榮有貢獻。認為獲利上無法突破的關鍵是競爭力、創新力、獲利力與永續管理工具。(4) LED零售商的永續性的實施程度均低(低於50%),此為目前小型獨立零售商的通病。(5)永續性重要認知與實際實施比較未見落差,首要議題均是與客戶的關係,而落後議題均是對社區繁榮有貢獻。(6)成立時間的長短與實施情況並未有太大差異,實施落後議題均是對社區繁榮有貢獻。(7)新成立的公司(成立5年以下)對社會公平、降低廢棄物與省水等議題的實施,優於成立較長的公司。意味著新公司有新思維,會配合社會與環境趨勢發展。 依據本研究的結論,分別針對小型LED照明零售商、政府與將來研究三方面提出建議,以促使台灣即早進入綠社會,達到節能與減少二氧化碳排放,詳細請參閱本論文第五章結論與建議。

The purpose of the thesis was through literature reviewed to understand sustainability which effected economy, society and environmental tendency and to find sustainable issues of small retailers from the literature and also to develop the questionnaire for deeply study the sustainable ways of Small LED Lighting Retailers. The enterprise goes on the evolution of sustainability which develops the enterprise take does not make money as the only goal. Through reviewed related domestic and foreign literature of sustainability and referred AUDIO analysis tool proposed by Esty and Winston Professors of Yale University which view five sectors from aspect, upstream, downstream, issue and opportunity to analyzes challenge. Also the thesis applied the frame of globe report index to develop the questionnaire. The investigation object of the questionnaire is engaged in small LED lighting retailers The questionnaire’s frame of the sustainability of small LED lighting retailers consists of three main dimensions. First dimension is economy which has 3 topics to understand economical success. Second dimension is social responsibility which has 10 topics to understand the frame of social responsibility and status. Third dimension is environmental responsibility which has 15 topics to understand environmental performance and tendency. Total have 28 topics in the questionnaire. Data collected from 75 companies and then through SPSS statistics and analysis. Seven conclusions were come up: (1) Small retailers should be requested to Take the responsibility of energy conservation and to reduce the carbon emission in the nearly future. (2) Small LED Lighting Retailers showed that they put emphasis on sustainable production and consumption; therefore small LED lighting retailers should promptly coordinate government's green policy early. (3) 89% of surveyed Small LED Lighting Retailers responded that topics of sustainable awareness is important or very important. But 81.3% of surveyed companies do not set up the sustainable management tool. The top topic of sustainable awareness is the relations with customer. The disregarded topic is the contribution prosperously to the community. The key of successful company needs to have competition, innovation and sustainable management tool. (4) Implemented low in sustainable topics (below 50%). It is a common failing in small retailers. (5) At the comparative difference between awareness and implementation of sustainability, it no found any gap. The top topic in both awareness and implementation is the relationship with customer, and the disregarded topic is the contribution prosperously to the community. (6) The less than 5 employees company has a high ratio in the survey (more than 48%). They lag implemented in the contribution prosperously to the community. (7) The less than 5 employees company should to grasp green opportunity and marketing green commodity to meet society and customers requirement. The less than 5 years company is superior to others in society fair, reducing wastes and water usage. The company needs new sense to match social and environmental tendency. Based on the results, it is suggested three fields which including small LED retailers, relative governments and research units to assist small retailers towards sustainability for achieving green society and the goal of reducing carbon dioxide emission in Taiwan, details please refer conclusions and suggestion in Chapter- 5
