背光模組中LED光源之改善設計

Design the LED Light Source to Improve the Back Light Module

摘要


本文以LED導光板為基礎,針對經過LED光源所產生的各種不同散射的模擬光源,在不同尺寸的導光板上與下v-cut微結構的背光模組中,適當的調整所得整體光照度與均齊度的結果。以光學模擬軟體TracePro觀察設計。提出(1) LED光源與導光板間增加放置v-cut微結構片或平凸鏡片做比較,了解LED光源對這兩種微結構片對光照度與均齊度的影響。(2)並將LED光源以垂直90度與0度的v-cut微結構片和平凸鏡的正反兩種方向做比較。(3)探討4種尺寸LED的導光板,對v-cut上與下微結構的背光模組整體光照度與均齊度的影響。 比較的模擬實驗數值都先以直接入射光的有效強度做基準,再分析LED光源所穿透的微結構片內之微結構高度與光的入射角度的影響。也探討使用平凸鏡與反向平凸鏡的大小,對背光模組的優劣效益。所以此實驗在TracePro光學模擬軟體作分析比較,得出最佳的光照度與均齊度在不同尺寸的LED導光板,我認為將可實際印證在真正生產的產品上。

There are new light source designs, based on LED light guide plate (LGP) of LED light source through the microstructure of v-cut plates. They produce some different scattering light models. There are good conditions setting method, when I set with (1)Throughout the microstructure of v-cut LGP with adding the v-cut microstructure board or using the Plano-convex lens. The results of operating models have improved the illumination and the overall uniformity of backlight unit. (2)To compare the LED light source with 90° and perpendicular are on the v-cut microstructure of the LPG. (3)To Research four kinds of LPG size with v-cut microstructure design to know uniformity and illumination performance of backlight unit. Using TracePro simulation experiment is the first direct numerical strength of the incident light to do the effective benchmarking. I believe this simulation performance can be done in the real product.
