新原型開發之系統化設計與模擬分析-以LCD背光模組之導光板為例

摘要


本論文主要目的在於提供背光模組零組件一可行的系統化設計方法,本研究首先運用專利技術/功效矩陣表的編製,以提供選擇可能的技術切入點時重要的參考依據,進一步分析找出最需改善的產品品質特性或零件的機能特性,再導入TRIZ發明法則於背光模組零組件中的導光板光學設計加以分析整理,依循40個發明原理,並結合矛盾矩陣表找出對導光板光學設計上具有具體幫助的原理;然後將研究所得的結果,採用TracePro光學模擬軟體進行實例驗證。因此所發展出的新設計原型之系統化流程運用,可以協助工程師快速找到產品創新的概念,並提供作為未來背光模組開發設計人員的進行系統化創新的重要參考方法之一。研究結果為︰ 一、依此設計流程所發展出的導光板新設計原型可有效地提升導光 板對光源利用率,改善原網點式導光板其出光之光亮度與均齊 度表現。 二、依此設計方法所發展出的導光板出光面M-cut或M-cut+底面W- cut微結構其排列規則方式,可使導光板光效能提升的同時亦能 有效地將其亮度均勻性明顯獲得改善。 三、此設計方法流程並不單單只限於背光模組零組件之應用,亦可 應用於不同之工程領域及產品。

This main purpose of thesis lies in offering a feasible systematized design method of spare part of group of mould in LCD backlight module.This research uses the patented technology / the establishment of the matrix form of the efficiency at first, in order to the important reference basis while offering choice in the possible technological breakthrough point. Analyse further that finds out and needs the quality characteristic of improved products or the function characteristic of the part most, and then channel into TRIZ invent rule on LCD backlight module of mould group light guide panel optics design and analyse and put in order only in the spare part. In accordance with following 40 invention principles and combining the contradictory matrix form and finding out will have concrete principle that helps to leading the light guide panel design. Then will adopt TracePro optics simulation software to verify the result of the research. So the systematized procedure of the new design prototypes developed out is used can help the engineer to find the concept of products innovation fast. Offer and develop carrying on one of the systematized important reference methods to innovate of the designer as the group of mould in LCD backlight module of future. The result of study is: 1. The new design of prototype in the light guide panel which developed from the design procedure can improve the light source utilization ratio effectively and the original dot pattern of light guide panel ‘s performance of luminance and uniformity. 2. The arrange regular way of the light guide panel’s emission surface M-cut or M-cut micro-structure and W- cut of bottom surface which developed from the design procedure can not only raising the light efficiency of the light guide panel but also improve the luminance’s uniformity obviously. 3. This design method procedure is not merely only limited to the application of the spare part of group of mould in the LCD backlight module, can also apply to different project field and products.
