本研究旨在探討臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定動機之研究,本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺北市96學年度26所高職設有資料處理科的學校為研究範圍,以學生為研究對象,採分層立意抽樣方式,選取840位學生為調查對象。透過描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析等統計方法分析後,本研究獲致以下八項結論: 一、臺北市高職學生認為「自我肯定」最能引起學生參加技能檢定的動機 二、臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定動機在「自我肯定」層面中以「我認為參加技能檢定有助於個人專業知識與技術的提升」最能引起學生參加技能檢定的動機 三、臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定動機在「社會評價」層面中,以「我認為擁有技術士證照會增加求職的機會或優勢」最能引起學生參加技能檢定的動機 四、臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定動機在「教師期望」層面中,以「老師會輔導我們有關技能檢定的題目」最能引起學生參加技能檢定的動機 五、臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定動機在「升學加分」層面中,以「我認為參加技能檢定對升學有幫助」最能引起學生參加技能檢定的動機 六、臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定動機在「父母態度」層面中,以「父母認為參加技能檢定對我的未來是有幫助的」最能引起學生參加技能檢定的動機 七、臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定動機在「同儕影響」層面中,以「看到同學努力做技能檢定科目的練習會讓我更努力學習」最能引起學生參加技能檢定的動機 八、臺北市高職學生參加技能檢定之動機因學校屬性、性別、就讀年級、學業成績、進路規劃的不同而有顯著差異
The purpose of the study is to investigate the motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. The research method is survey. The sampling frame includes 26 vocational senior high schools, which have department of data processing in 2007. Students are our research subject, and the sample size is 840. The method of statistical analysis includes descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, and one way ANOVA. The conclusion as follow: 1. Self recognition is the most important motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 2. In self recognition, the issue “I think the skill test can help me to promote my professional knowledge and skill” is the most important motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 3. In society evaluation, the issue “I think the technician certification and licensing can help me to increase my opportunity and advantage” is the most important motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 4. In teacher’s expectation, the issue “Teachers will guidance and assistance us to answer these questions given in an exam for skill test” is the most important motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 5. In adjustments on the entrance examination, the issue “I think the skill test can help me on the entrance examination” is the most important motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 6. In parental attitude, the issue “My parents think the skill test can help me in my future career” is the most important motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 7. In the impact of peer group, the issue “When I see my classmates to do the practice of the skill test so hard, it will enabled me more study harder than before” is the most important motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 8. There are significant difference in the characteristics of schools, gender, grade, academic achievement, and career plan; these variables impact the motivation of skill test for the students of vocational senior high schools in Taipei.
