分析線上電子化技能檢定系統使用意圖：整合動機理論與科技接受模式

摘要

教育部為了使技職學校的學生畢業後能學有一技之長，提升技職專業領域地位，提高學生就業能力及國家技術人力水準與服務品質，教育部提出近十年來技職教育，主要能強化「技職教育特色」為重點，展現技職教育務實能學以致用的精神，職業教育最終的目的，主要是培養具有企業所需的人力，讓學生能順利進入工作職場。
本研究主要以動機理論與科技接受模式理論為基礎，分析欲報考參加乙級技能檢定測驗的三年級高職生使用線上電子化技能檢定系統之使用意圖，學生因應取得技能檢定乙級證照其動機分為學生內在動機（自我的期望與自我挑戰）與外在動機（升學加分、同儕影響與教師期望），對系統的知覺易用性與知覺有用性，進而暸解學生對線上電子化技能檢定系統的使用意向之關係，其本研究目的分為如下。
一、分析學生參與「電腦軟體應用乙級技能檢定」內在動機，對「線上電子化技能檢定系統」使用意圖之影響。
二、分析學生參與「電腦軟體應用乙級技能檢定」外在動機，對「線上電子化技能檢定系統」使用意圖之影響。
三、探討「知覺易用」及「知覺有用」對使用「線上電子化技能檢定系統」之影響。
研究結果顯示，私立高職學校學生，在使用線上電子化技能檢定系統之使用意向上，有其不同程度之影結果。
一、學生的「外在動機」對使用線上電子化技能檢定系統的「使用意向」有正面影響。
二、學生使用線上電子化技能檢定系統的「外在動機」對「內在動機」有正面影響。
三、使用線上電子化技能檢定系統的「知覺易用性」對「知覺有用性」有正向影響。
四、使用線上電子化技能檢定系統的「知覺有用性」對「使用意向」有正向影響。

This study applied the Motivation theory and Technology Acceptance Model, this study explores the factors affecting the behavioral intention of privat vocational high school students engaging in “training for skill certification of B-grade computer software application.” to use the election skills certification system, including student's the intrinsic motivation (self-affirmation , self-challenge), extrinsic motivation (adjustments on the entrance examination, peer influence, teachers expectations) , perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention to use.
The subjects were the students of five private vocational high schools in northern, central, southern Taiwan, and 785 of the 810 distributed questionnaires were valid responses. After analyzing the collected data, the findings are as follows:
1.Student’s extrinsic motivation has positive effects on the behavioral intention of using the system.
2.Student’s extrinsic motivation using the system has a positive effects intrinsic motivation.
3.Student’s using the system to perceive ease of use has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness.
4.Student’s using the system to perceive usefulness has a positive effect on the behavioral intention of using the system.
