台灣電力系統隨著用電量增加,電力設備電壓等級提升,高科技產業對電力依賴度越來越高。有鑑於國內高壓設備製造商所生產高壓氣體絕緣開關都必須透過國際認證單位認證後,才能在全球市場販售。所以本論文針對義大利環境能源電力綜合研究院(CESI) TF-7A1合成試驗之電路,利用嘗試錯誤法,尋找試驗電路元件值設定。模擬分析MATLAB /Simulink所提供三相電路元件,建構CESI模擬試驗電路,模擬波形與美國國家標準(ANSI std C37-09)對暫態恢復電壓波形比較,是否符合國際規範,透過調整電阻、電感、電容元件,找出高壓短路試驗中電阻、電感、電容參數對暫態恢復電壓波形之影響,經模擬結果,調整電感、電容元件能有效、快速找到影響暫態恢復電壓因素,使波形符合美國國家標準(ANSI std C37-09)對暫態恢復電壓波形之規範。建立模擬電路,找出最佳電感、電容參數,能夠提供國內廠家,在送往國外認證單位試驗前,自行分析模擬,能夠有效提高試驗成功機率。
Because of the Taiwan power system increased power consumption, the power apparatus voltage insulation level raised, High-tech industries are more depending to the power system dependence. According to Taiwan high-voltage equipment manufacturers, produced by high-voltage gas-insulated switch, have to through international certification unit permitted, certainly sell products in the global market. In this paper used CESITF-7A1 synthetic test provided by the circuit, through simulation analysis, find the best parameter settings. According to MATLAB/Simulink provided three phase circuit components simulation analysis, construction CESI simulation test circuit, simulation wave compare with(ANSI std C37-09)transient recover voltage wave, whether correspond a standard, through adjustment resistance, induction, capacitance component, find out high-voltage short circuit test resistance, induction, capacitance parameter to transient recover voltage wave influence, follow simulation result, adjust inductance, capacitance component can effectively, rapidly find cause of affect the transient recovery voltage, let wave correspond (ANSI std C37-09) transient recover voltage standard. Construct simulation circuit, find the best induction, capacitance parameter, can provided domestic manufacturers, before sent abroad certification units trial, analyzes the simulation by ourselves, should can increase effectively experiments the successful probability.
