在每個行業裡都有明星的存在,在設計界裡也不例外,每個設計師在成名的過程中看似各不相同,卻好像又有著相同或相似的模式,本研究應用美國心理學家Urie Bronfenbrenner的生態系統理論,以質性個案研究法與訪談分析針對台灣設計師個人經歷進行個案研究,而後再與明星設計師之經歷做比對分析,在物與類聚的群體中,找出相同或相似的路徑。結果發現: (一)英雄不怕出生低,增加自我的學習經歷 (二)強化國際語言增加溝通力 (三)嘗試國外生活經驗與國際接軌放寬視野 (四)積極參加國際競賽 (五)與知名品牌合作增加媒體曝光度 (六)對大環境具有關心度且積極展現自己的設計思維 透過這些經驗可以使台灣年輕設計師做為設計明星夢的藍圖且有機會躍昇國際舞台。
Every profession has its superstars, and the design industry is no exception.These designers are different in the process of becoming famous, yet they seem to have the same or a similar pattern.This research uses the ecological system theory of Urie Bronfenbrenner,an American psychologist.In general,this is a qualitative research, which targets Taiwanese young designers by means of the “Case Study” &” Interview Analysis” and then compare the with superstar designers.This study has found that the following are crucial factors which lead to success: (1) Increasing self-learning experiences because “Birth is much but breeding is more. (2) Strengthening international communication skills. (3) Having some experience living abroad and broadening international horizons. (4) Participating in international competitions. (5) Cooperating with well-known brands and increasing media exposure. (6) Being concerned about sensitive to society change and showing their design thinking. Taiwanese young designers can become superstar designers and can have a chance to appear on the international stage.
