以生物資訊技術建構產品管理系統之研究

摘要


由於環保意識抬頭,環境發展的永續經營也逐漸受到重視,各國政府與組織為了因應各種不同的環保議題,也紛紛擬定各自的環境保護規章,但是這些環境規範往往缺乏通用性與一致性。台灣資訊電子廠商在這樣的大環境下應該如何因應?對於廠商而言是一項極大的挑戰,因為在這波綠色浪潮下,除了生產面的挑戰(如無鉛製程、檢驗分析、限用物質、分解與回收…等)外,管理面(如產品資料、客戶規範、政府法規…等)的挑戰也變得十分複雜,因為在各國複雜的環境法規下,客戶往往為了符合各種不同的環境規範,而自行訂定專屬的綠色要求,導致中心廠可能必須面對不同客戶的不同產品的不同綠色要求,也就因為這樣的現象,使得綠色產品在管理上大幅增加其複雜度。 為了解決上述綠色規範所衍生出的管理問題,本研究以工業電腦產業為背景,將生物基因序列的概念與產品管理相結合,透過「產品特性」、「客戶特性」、「訂單特性」、以及「綠色特性」等四大虛擬基因的定義,並配合基因序列比對演算法Basic local alignment search tool(BLAST)以及置換矩陣Block substitution matrix(BLOSUM)的應用,建立產品基因管理系統架構,提供一種不同角度的產品管理方式。 最後透過實際資料的情境模擬方式,成功模擬非綠色產品原物料清單(Bills Of Material)轉變為綠色原物料清單的過程。研究結果也發現影響比對效率最大的原因是字組長度(Word length)與臨界值(Threshold),而當字組長度越大,則執行時間越長;臨界值越小,則執行時間也越長。

Due to the high level of the environmental consciousness, the sustainable administration of environmental develop were regarded gradually. The regulations of environment protection were being framed up in order to meet varied issues of environment; however these regulations always lack the consistency and non-universal. How do the Taiwanese electronic enterprises to deal with against such a situation? It is an extremely challenge and have become more complex for the enterprises , they have to handle not only the production problem such as reliability testing regulations、analysis of testing and verify、restricted substances、reuptake and decomposes…etc and also the administration problem such as product information、customer privacy and the laws and regulations of government... etc. Under the complex environment regulation of the world, the customer always established different types of Green standard to cater to different requests from different way, therefore such a phenomenon lead to the central factory to face to different customers on different products and different Green request ,and otherwise it substantially enhance the complexity on the management of the Green product. In order to solving that the management problems derived from Green product as above-mentioned, this research was based on the industrial computer, we combined the concept of the biological gene order and products management, we using the definitions of four major fictitious gene as 「Characteristic of Product」、「Characteristic of Customer」、「Characteristic of Order」、and 「Characteristic of Green」. Also corporate with Basic local alignment search tool(BLAST) and Block substitution matrix(BLOSUM) to set up the gene administrative system structure of the products to offer products management style of different view. Finally, through the situation simulation way of the real date, succeed the non-Green original supplies of products of simulation are tabulated change into the course that the Green Based on the research results, we found that the biggest reason of the efficiency is Word length and Threshold, and the greater in word group leader degree, then the longer execution time is; The less the critical value is, then the longer execution time is.
