應用灰色理論實現智慧型電力需量監控系統

摘要


本論文以個人電腦為基礎,結合多功能智慧型電表及遠端控制設備,搭配監控軟體,建置一智慧型電能管理系統,並提出以CitectSCADA為圖控介面,設計一套SCADA系統。並於監控軟體中加入灰色模型,使監控系統不只是記錄用電資訊,更能用於預測負載需量的變化,以配合台電契約容量,避免超約附加費,達到電力監控節能的效果,並可遠端控制負載狀態。在本系統中設計一最佳契約容量計算程式,以簡易搜尋法搜尋最佳契約容量。研究結果顯示,藉由灰色理論預測未來負載需量之值,用戶可藉由此指標即時卸載;經由本系統累計之全年之用電資料,並分析出最佳契約容量,有效節省基本電費支出,並提供大樓及學校用電管理者應用於契約容量之管理。

This paper uses a PC-based, multi-functional smart meters and remote control equipment, with monitoring software, build an intelligent power management system, and proposed to CitectSCADA SCADA interface. And design a SCADA system, and monitoring software gray model, the monitoring system not only records the electrical information, more used to predict the load demand changes to with Taipower contract capacity to avoid super approximately surcharges, to achieve energy-saving effect of the power monitoring, and remote control load status, and monitoring software to design an optimal contract capacity Formula simple Search the best contract capacity. The research result, with gray theory to predict the future load demand of the value that the user uninstall utility allows immediate indicators; through this system of cumulative annual electricity consumption data, and analyze the optimal contract capacity, saving basic electricity costs and to provide electricity building and school administrators applied to the management contract capacity.
