本研究以智慧型手機觸控晶片顧客需求為研究,將現有之觸控模組技術以及未來之需求進行分析,以期能開發出符合市場需求之觸控晶片,由親和圖法整理所收集之資料,共列出二十項顧客需求屬並製作問卷。利用二維品質模式判斷出顧客對於觸控晶片之需求的項目之歸類與技術要素,再將二維品質模式結果,與顧客需求所必須具備的技術導入品質機能展開,藉由問卷的結果,建構出觸控晶片品質屋關係矩陣及品質屋;將研究所列出之品質技術進行排序,得到改善技術的重要優先順序,由實例驗證得到顧客最在乎之前五項顧客需求為「系統穩定」、「誤判及偵測」、「節能表現」、「軟體操作順暢」以及「線性度」;在品質屋內找到研發需要加強重視為「韌體」、「通道數目」、「驅動程式」、「TX升壓輸出」以及「電源輸入」。綜合上述分析,建議觸控晶片設計在「系統穩定」方面,可列為最優先考量。「疊構與圖形」、「快速畫圓」、「定點穩定度」、「桌面誤觸」以及「節能表現」之需求為魅力品質要素,其可增加客戶滿意指標,亦可列為未來產品重要之設計項目,均可增加公司之競爭力及未來策略運用之方向。
This study is objective to seek the customer needs for the smart phone touch panel controller. There are 20 kinds of requires after applied Affinity Diagram method. The questionnaires of Kano Two-Dimensional Quality Model include the three types from customer needs which are divided into Attractive quality, Indifferent quality and One-dimensional quality. This study also applies Quality Function Deployment to find important features for technology containing firmware, Chanel number, driver, TX voltage, power input. The result of Kano Two-Dimensional Quality Model shows the most important features for customer needs including system stability, detection and noise tolerant, energy conservation performance, smooth software operation and linearity. These findings will be considered as key factors for future design.
