藉由協同的方式來提升整體效能與價值已成為供應鏈管理之重要課題。因此,本研究針對協同供應鏈(Collaborative Supply Chain)進行規劃,規劃的目標在擬定協力廠評選方案及生產配送計畫。針對此規劃問題,本研究將利用分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)結合約略集合理論(Rough Sets Theory)建立協力廠之採購價值評價機制。爾後本研究將建構一双目標最適化數學模式,其包含採購價值和成本兩個參數,於產能限制下使用基因演算法(Genetic Algorithm, GA)進行模式求解,以完成協同供應鏈之規劃。
Improving overall performance and collaborative value is an important issue to supply chain management. Thus, this paper focuses on planning a collaborative supply chain to establish a supplier rating package, which includes production and distribution plans. The aim is to establish a supplier-specific procurement value rating system by combining Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Rough Sets Theory and constructs a two-objective optimization mathematical model (including procurement value and costs). A Genetic Algorithm (GA) is applied under capacity constraints to obtain the best solution, thus achieving the planning of collaborative supply chain.
