本研究旨在瞭解臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官角色行為與工作滿意度之差異情形,透過文獻探討整理,以相關理論為基礎,自行發展編製「高職軍訓教官角色行為與工作滿意度之研究─以臺北市為例」為研究工具,針對101學年度第2學期仍任職於臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官為研究對象,進行問卷調查,並採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以分析,結論如下: 一、臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官具有顯著的角色行為,以「校園安全維護」角色行為最高,其次依序為「學生生活輔導」、「兼任行政工作」角色行為,以「國防課程」角色行為較低。 二、服務年資6年以上的臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官在角色行為上之學生生活輔導、國防課程、兼任行政工作,顯著高於服務年資5年(含)以下的臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官。 三、擔任軍訓主管及生輔組長職務的臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官在角色行為上之學生生活輔導、國防課程、兼任行政工作,顯著高於擔任一般教官職務的臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官。 四、臺北市公私立高職軍訓教官,在角色行為之學生生活輔導、國防課程、校園安全維護、兼任行政工作的工作滿意度,以主管領導最高,其次依序為人際關係、工作本身、工作環境,以工作報酬為較低。
The target of study is to understand the public and private vocational Taipei city military education officers’ role behavior and job satisfaction of the differences in circumstances. To service more than 6 years in public and private vocational behavior of military Instructors, in Taipei city in the role of student life coaching, defense courses, part-time administrative work, significantly higher than servicing 5 years (including). 3. As the manager of military Instructors and Student Assistance officer in Taipei city public and private vocational behavior of military education officers in the role of student life coaching, defense courses, part-time administrative work, significantly higher as a general instructor duty military education officers. 4. In Taipei City, public and private vocational, military Instructors, in the role behavior of student life counseling, defense programs, campus security, maintenance, part-time administrative job satisfaction, the management leadership is the highest, and interpersonal relationships, work itself, the work environment to a lower remuneration for work.
