自2003年起,電子產品已經成為國內經濟成長的主要原動力。各個廠商無不設定其主要的市場,以因應市場消費者的需求。如同現今的液晶電視(LCD TV)廠商而言,其不只注重產品的設計外,也必需注重產品的性能及成本的降低,因此,國際製造商如何在其代工廠接獲訂單的情況下,訂定出一個本身與代工廠之間雙贏的訂價與產能,如此雙方皆能構建出長期合作利潤極大化的目標,實為現今液晶電視(LCD TV)產業所面臨的重要課題。 本研究將以產品生命週期(Product Life Cycle)為基礎發展出製造商的主動雙贏定價策略,而在代工廠方面,本研究加入了生產函數(Production Function)以考慮其不同生產函數下的訂價及最大產能。故本研究希冀透過基因演算法(Genetic Algorithm)建立一個使用者介面,以供業界在預約產能及訂價策略上,能有一評判的標準。然而成功的定價並不是一個最終結果,而是一個持續不斷的過程,藉此一使用者介面能夠協助企業思考擬定適當之價格及產能結構。
For international LCD TV environment, huge demand will cause the full-load capacity for the OEM firms that makes the manufactures must reserve the capacity of OEM firms for performing production with considering customer demand in the future. For the LCD TV manufacturer, the market will be lost if the reserved capacity is not enough. Comparatively, the cost will be increased if the reserved capacity is too much. Hence, developing a decision model, for making the price and the reserved capacity for manufacturer and OEM firm, is the main subject for the LCD TV. In this research, we will emphasize to develop win-win price models for the manufacturer with considering the product life cycle (PLC) of LCD TV and the production function (PF) of OEM firm. Then, a genetic algorithm is employed to find the results which are the acceptable price and reserved capacity in different PLC and PF situations.
